Description
The Director of Organizational Development leads Langley Federal Credit Union’s compensation, performance management, employee engagement, succession planning, career pathing, organizational design, and workforce development strategies. The role owns base pay and salary bands, incentive programs, pay equity and FLSA reviews, performance systems, job architecture, and the Organizational Development team, while partnering with senior leadership, Finance, Learning & Development, and other business functions. It requires a bachelor’s degree, at least eight years of progressive human resources experience, direct people leadership experience, and an SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CCP, or equivalent certification, with a target salary of $103,200 to $132,800.
