Description

MongoDB is hiring a Director, Partner Programs to own the global partner program end to end, including tiering, benefits, certification, incentive governance, partner operations, and program KPIs. The role reports to the VP of Partner Strategic Operations, manages Partner Program Managers, and partners with sales, enablement, product, legal, finance, PRM, and digital/AI operations. It can be hybrid near a MongoDB hub office in the United States or fully remote in the United States, with a base salary range of $140,000 to $275,000 USD.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 10+ years of experience in partner/channel programs, alliances, or partner marketing at a B2B SaaS or infrastructure/data company
At least 3+ years managing a team
Experience owning a multi-tier partner program end to end
Experience designing and governing partner incentive programs with ROI discipline
Experience with cloud marketplace partner programs
Familiarity with PRM platforms
Executive presentation experience
People-management experience
Preferred Qualifications: Experience running or scaling a partner certification program
Background in database, cloud infrastructure, or developer-focused technology markets
Experience partnering with PRM or digital/AI operations on program automation
