Description
Intuit is hiring a Director to build and lead its Partner Service Delivery organization within the Expert Network Services group. The role owns the multi-partner operating model, partner governance and performance, back-office tax preparation expansion, workforce alignment, cross-functional influence, peak-season risk mitigation, leadership development, and AI adoption across partner service delivery. It requires 10+ years of progressive leadership and operations management experience, vendor governance expertise, SLA and KPI management, service delivery operations, change management, and AI adoption experience, along with a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
