Description
The Director, Pathways leads academic affairs efforts supporting students’ progression through guided pathways, including high school coursework, dual enrollment, prior learning assessments, transfer, and workforce credentials. The role coordinates cross-functional initiatives, aligns academic and workforce programs, develops and evaluates pathway effectiveness, manages Pathway Coordinators, and represents the college with students, families, and professional organizations. A master’s degree and five years of progressively responsible experience in academic affairs, curriculum development, student success, or related fields are required.
