AbbVie is hiring a Payer Contract Analytics People Leader to lead the Payer Contract Analytics team and shape pricing and contracting strategies for neuroscience and specialty brands across U.S. payer channels. The role combines advanced Bayesian and other modeling, payer response analysis, deal performance and GTN reconciliation, contract strategy recommendations, and direct people leadership. It requires 10+ years of relevant experience, 5+ years of market access payer analytics or network contracting experience, 5+ years of direct people leadership experience, and a bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or related field.
