Description
The Director, Payments Risk & Compliance will lead first-line risk and compliance for EQ Bank’s B2B Payments & Partnerships business, covering BIN sponsorship, program management, fintech partnerships, third-party risk, credit and financial risk, operational risk, regulatory compliance, network rules, audit remediation, partner exits, and incident management. The role also builds and leads a Payments Risk team, advises on compliant product and partnership innovation, and reports risk to senior leadership and Board committees. It requires 12+ years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree, and offers a hybrid Toronto work arrangement with medical, dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.
