Description
Central Ohio Primary Care is hiring a full-time Director, Payor Contracting in Westerville, Ohio, to lead rate negotiations and manage commercial, Medicare Advantage, and Medicaid managed care payor relationships. The role oversees contract execution, implementation, quality control, auditing, issue resolution, and the negotiation and management of fee-for-service and value-based care agreements, including shared savings, risk, and quality incentives. The Director will also build financial models, analyze reimbursement and utilization data, monitor VBC performance, and maintain strong relationships with payor and internal stakeholders.
