Director, Payroll & Benefits at Gray Collection

Gray Collection is hiring a Director, Payroll & Benefits to lead payroll operations, benefits administration, systems optimization, compliance, process improvement, and team development across its growing hospitality portfolio. Reporting to the Vice-President, Finance, the role partners with Human Resources, Operations, Finance, and property leadership, manages payroll professionals, oversees payroll systems and external technology partners, and supports Dayforce optimization and reporting automation. The position requires at least eight years of progressive payroll leadership experience, Canadian payroll legislation knowledge, a PCP designation, and experience leading payroll teams in a multi-site environment.
