Director, Payroll & Tax Implementation at Justworks

Justworks is hiring a Director of Payroll and Tax Implementation to lead strategic payroll and tax implementation, client migrations, compliance governance, TPA integrations, and operational controls. The role partners with Sales, Product, Compliance, Legal, Tax, and external authorities; manages payroll tax processing, audits, and data integrity; and leads and develops a payroll and compliance team. It requires 10+ years of payroll tax operations experience in PEO, ASO, or HR outsourcing, 7+ years of management experience including leading managers and teams of five or more, and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, HR, or Business. The position is based in the Tampa office and offers a hybrid work arrangement.
