BioMarin is hiring a Payroll Director to lead the US Payroll Team and Global Stock Team. The role manages bi-weekly payroll for approximately 2,500 US employees and international employees, oversees payroll controls, tax reconciliations, W-2 and W-2C issuance, year-end processes, audits, SOX inquiries, vendor data feeds, ADP Bridge testing, and cross-functional projects. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant business or accounting field, current APA/Payroll Organization and CPP membership, and at least 10 years of payroll processing experience, preferably in manufacturing.
