Hyperfine is hiring a Director, People to lead and operate the People function for a publicly traded health technology company. Reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer or Chief Financial Officer, the role oversees the full employee lifecycle, people strategy, talent planning, employee experience, HR operations, compliance, payroll and benefits, international employer-of-record coordination, compensation and equity administration, and the People team. The position is onsite five days per week in Guilford, Connecticut, with up to 20% travel, and offers an annual base salary of $184,000-$240,000 plus potential bonus and equity participation.
