Director, People Partner at Conga

The role supports performance management, talent assessments, compensation benchmarking, annual compensation planning, organizational change, talent development, and employee experience, while leading a small team of regional People Partners. The position is hybrid in Houston, Texas or Boston, Massachusetts, requires 7–10 years of relevant HR experience, and offers a U.S. base salary range of $157,620–$210,000 USD plus variable incentive pay and benefits.
