ClickHouse is hiring a Director, People Systems to own the global strategy, architecture, governance, and evolution of its Workday-based People Systems ecosystem. The role leads Workday configuration, releases, integrations, data and reporting capabilities, vendor and implementation-partner management, and cross-functional technology initiatives, while also identifying automation and AI opportunities. It requires 10+ years of HRIS or People Systems experience, significant Workday expertise, and experience leading complex implementations and global scaling initiatives.
