HelloFresh is hiring a Director, People Technology to lead its global People Technology function, owning strategy, operating model, delivery, stability, and performance across Workday-centered systems and workforce technologies. The role partners with People, Technology, and Operations leaders to deliver a roadmap spanning functional development, integrations, programme delivery, AI enablement, governance, and operational support for critical frontline systems such as time tracking, absence, and clocking devices across distribution centres.
