Description
The Director of Performance Excellence leads Arizona Market’s analytics, KPI governance, project management office, Lean and Six Sigma process improvement, and surgical-services performance initiatives. The role owns dashboard standards and predictive operational models, chairs KPI governance, leads strategic project delivery, facilitates cross-functional improvement efforts, and partners with market, facility, and physician stakeholders to improve clinical, financial, and operational performance. It is primarily office-based with periodic travel to clinical and surgical sites and requires a bachelor’s degree, 7+ years of professional experience including 4–6 years in performance improvement, analytics, or operational excellence, and a master’s degree preferred.
