Takeda is hiring a full-time, regular employee in Boston, Massachusetts to lead multiple complex global CMC development programs and provide scientific leadership for pharmaceutical research and development. The role includes program management, risk identification, cross-functional and cross-divisional strategy, regulatory and manufacturing development expertise, mentoring, and representation in corporate and global initiatives. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree plus 18 years of experience, a master’s degree plus 16 years, or a PhD plus 10 years, along with extensive pharmaceutical development, regulatory, manufacturing, and scientific leadership experience. The U.S. base salary range is $177,000 to $278,080.
