Premier Health is hiring a Director, Physician Relations to lead physician employee relations across the Premier Physician Network. The role manages physician employment matters, investigations, performance and behavioral processes, separations, onboarding, status changes, leaves, offboarding, complaints, and sign-on bonuses; partners with executive leadership, legal counsel, operations, and physician leaders; and supports engagement, retention, compliance, and workforce strategy. The position requires a bachelor's degree, five years of progressive human resources experience, demonstrated physician relations experience, and strong knowledge of employment laws and sensitive workforce management.
