Description
HelloFresh is hiring a Director to lead the design, harmonization, and continuous improvement of global demand planning, supply planning, and S&OP processes across its supply chain. The role owns the global process architecture and capability roadmap, aligns senior operational, commercial, product, and technology leaders, governs planning exceptions and operating models, leads Lighthouse Projects, sets S&OP performance standards, and mentors Associate Directors. It requires 12 to 15 years of progressive supply chain planning experience, including S&OP implementation, advanced planning systems, cross-functional influence, analytical and continuous improvement expertise, and senior talent development. The role is based in Berlin-Kreuzberg with flexible work-from-home or abroad options.
