InvestCloud is hiring a Director, Platform Engineering to own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of shared platform capabilities across on-premises and AWS environments. The role provides hands-on technical and people leadership over platform services, AWS architecture, infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, reliability, security, observability, and the operational shift to Bangalore. It is a hybrid position with a primary base in New York City or Warren, New Jersey, and requires 10+ years of relevant experience, including significant AWS and multi-team leadership experience. The salary range is $200,000-$230,000, with medical, dental, vision, disability, life/AD&D, retirement, savings, and paid-time-off benefits.
