Description
The Director, Portfolio/Program Management will lead MTA’s IT portfolio and programs, overseeing projects and programs from strategy through delivery, including budgets, timelines, scope, resources, risks, change management, vendor relationships, KPIs, and business-value delivery. The role reports to the Deputy Chief, Technology Officer, works from the MTA Headquarters location in New York, and is eligible for teleworking. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, at least eight years of relevant experience, and at least four years of supervisory or management experience.
