Description
The Director of Power Conversion & Energy Storage will provide technical and organizational leadership for power electronics, battery systems, battery monitoring, energy storage solutions, and related control systems. The role owns technology platforms, drives engineering execution and technology roadmaps, leads multidisciplinary engineering teams, manages technical risks, and supports product commercialization. It requires a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, at least 10 years of engineering experience including 5 years in engineering leadership, and experience developing and commercializing power electronics, battery systems, or energy storage products. The position is based in Longmont, Colorado, with a projected annual base salary of $148,000 to $220,000, an annual bonus, and equity.
