Nscale is hiring a Director, Preconstruction to lead North American preconstruction activities for hyperscale and mission-critical data center projects. The role manages Preconstruction Managers and Analysts, oversees CapEx total development cost proformas, conceptual estimates, cash flow and cost ledgers, contractor budget reviews, constructability and risk analysis, and supports strategic capital deployment. It requires 10+ years of related preconstruction or construction management experience, team leadership, strong estimating and construction-document expertise, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and willingness to travel up to 35%.
