Description
MODE Global is hiring a Director of Pricing to establish and lead a centralized pricing capability for its freight brokerage business. The role owns spot, API, email, IBO, agent, RFP, RFQ, project, and dedicated freight pricing; develops lane-level strategies; builds quoting rules and automation; and creates net new revenue while maintaining profitability. The Director will also establish reporting, coordinate with dispatch and other stakeholders, and personally execute complex pricing work. The position requires at least five years of pricing experience in truckload freight brokerage or a related field, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience, and strong knowledge of freight markets, carrier economics, and margin management.
