Temple University's Institutional Advancement Department is hiring a Director, Principal Gift Prospect Intelligence and Strategy to provide campaign intelligence, portfolio strategy, and project management support for high-priority fundraising initiatives. Reporting to the Assistant VP of Principal Gift Operations and University Priorities, the role translates philanthropic, financial, relational, and institutional information into actionable strategies for principal gifts and campaign opportunities, while partnering with development leadership, fundraisers, Prospect Development, and Advancement Analytics. The position requires a bachelor's degree, at least six years of relevant experience, strong analytical and project-management skills, and familiarity with major prospect-research and fundraising tools. It offers a hybrid on-campus and remote work arrangement, medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, paid holidays, tuition remission, and a retirement plan, with a salary range of $85,000 to $90,000.
