IQ-EQ is hiring a Director, Private Credit & Debt Solutions to drive the global execution of its debt and credit sales strategy, achieve organic growth targets, and develop a consistent go-to-market approach. The role covers new client acquisition, commercial collaboration, consultative value propositions, Tier 1 client relationships, pricing and profitability management, pipeline conversion, talent recruitment, and marketing and business development. Candidates need a degree in accounting, law, business management, or a related field, relevant professional qualifications, and at least 15 years of specialist experience in the debt and credit sector, including senior leadership and commercial client-facing experience.
