Description
Micron Technology is seeking a Director of Process Hazard Analysis to lead the PHA organization within its Technology Products Group. The role provides strategic leadership for a team of process safety experts, develops risk-based process safety programs, leads hazard assessments, incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions, and partners with engineering, facilities, EHS, manufacturing, corporate labs, and suppliers. The Director will also manage strategy, workforce planning, budget, talent development, and the transfer of process safety standards across Micron's global manufacturing network. The position requires a master's degree in engineering, chemistry, or a related technical field and at least 10 years of experience in semiconductor technology, process engineering, process safety, EHS, facilities systems, or related technical fields.
