NAB is hiring a permanent Director - Process Management in Gurugram, India to lead the Process Management Centre of Excellence for Enterprise Operations. The role owns end-to-end process governance, maturity, controls, risk remediation, work-instruction documentation, knowledge management, change governance, reporting, and continuous improvement, while building and coaching the COE team. It requires at least 17 years of experience in financial services or a similar industry, transformation delivery experience, strong process and controls knowledge, and a relevant business or commerce qualification; Lean and Six Sigma and AI-enabled innovation are preferred.
