Ridgeline is hiring a Product & Technology Operational Excellence Leader to build and lead a cross-functional operating model spanning Product Operations, Engineering and QA Operations, and Project Management. The role partners with senior business and technology leaders to translate priorities into execution plans, establish operating standards, improve cross-functional visibility and accountability, oversee technology initiatives, develop teams, and apply AI and automation to operational efficiency. It is a hybrid in-office position requiring at least three days per week onsite in San Ramon, California; Reno, Nevada; or New York, New York, and requires U.S. work authorization without employer sponsorship. The typical starting salary is $194,000 to $267,000, with company stock and additional benefits.
