Oura is hiring a Director of Product Design Operations to lead Product Operations across its hardware and software product portfolio. The role sets operating strategies, portfolio and resource processes, product insights, AI-enabled operations, reporting, executive narratives, strategic facilitation, and Product Producer leadership. Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 10+ years of experience across Product Operations, Product Management, Production, Program Management, or related disciplines, including significant people and organizational leadership experience
Experience building and leading a Product Operations function and developing high-performing teams for complex, cross-functional product organizations
Experience working across integrated hardware and software products
Experience with portfolio planning, resource allocation, headcount planning, and budget management
Experience establishing effective strategic planning, facilitation, and decision-making
Preferred Qualifications: Strong product and design intuition and ability to partner with senior Product and Design leaders
Curiosity about AI and a track record of adopting tools and processes that improve organizational velocity
Strong relationship-building and influence skills across cross-functional organizations
Outstanding written, verbal, and executive communication skills
