Director, Product Line Management at CACI

CACI is hiring a full-time Director, Product Line Management to lead its PLM team and manage the product strategy and lifecycle of commercial Tactical Electronic Warfare products and accessories. Reporting to the site General Manager, the role oversees product development, market requirements, business cases, pricing, engineering and operations reviews, and product sustainment, while collaborating with Sales, Engineering, Finance, and Program Management. The position is 100% onsite in Rochester, New York, with up to 20% travel, and requires a BS in engineering, at least 15 years of relevant experience including 10 years managing a product portfolio, and prior experience managing Product Line Managers.
