Astera Labs is hiring a Director, Product Line Management - Custom Silicon to lead strategic customer engagements for its Custom Solutions business. This senior individual-contributor role partners with hyperscalers, AI labs, and infrastructure companies to translate customer architectures into custom silicon solutions, define roadmaps and commercial models, lead executive and technical strategy sessions, and drive programs from concept through production. The role requires a technical degree and 12+ years of semiconductor product or customer-facing technical leadership experience, with a salary range of $195,000 to $250,000 plus potential bonus, incentives, and benefits.
