Director, Product Management at UiPath

UiPath is hiring a Director, Product Management to lead product direction for identity, authorization, and access governance across its agentic platform. The role owns multi-year vision for human and agent identity, delegated and scoped authorization, credential brokering, audit and attribution, and emerging standards such as MCP auth and OAuth flows for autonomous callers. The director will partner with regulated customers, build and prototype reference implementations, define adoption metrics, and represent UiPath externally. The role requires 10+ years of technical product or engineering experience, deep identity and authentication expertise, agentic AI knowledge, and a builder-oriented approach.
