NetApp is seeking a Director of Product Management to own its AFF portfolio and next-generation engineered systems. The role leads product strategy, roadmaps, new-product introduction, lifecycle management, competitive positioning, and business outcomes; manages a team of product managers; and coordinates with engineering, supply chain, finance, product marketing, and sales. Candidates need at least 12 years of product management or technical product planning experience in enterprise infrastructure, storage, or related hardware/software domains, plus 5+ years leading product managers or a technical product team. The target on-target earnings range is 227,800–338,800 USD, with benefits including health insurance, life insurance, retirement or pension plans, paid time off, leave options, and potential stock-based compensation.
