Intuit is hiring a Director of Product Management to lead its Virtual Expert Management Platform organization. The role owns the strategy and execution of AI-native workforce management, expert operations, collaboration, and contact management tools; defines the platform’s three- to five-year vision; leads a geographically dispersed team of product managers; and partners with engineering, design, and enterprise stakeholders. Candidates need 12+ years of SaaS product leadership experience, expertise in large-scale platforms and agentic AI, strong cross-functional leadership, and a BS or B.Tech degree, with an MBA preferred.
