Housecall Pro is hiring a Director, Product Management (Platform) to own the vision and strategy for its Core Platform, including identity and access management, APIs, data and search, developer experience, infrastructure, and the AI Software Factory. The role sets long-term strategy, defines shared problems and success measures, leads AI-native platform development, manages a team of Product Managers, and partners with Engineering, Design, Security, Data, and other product leaders. Candidates need at least 10 years of product management experience, including 3 years in product leadership, plus experience leading platform teams and building AI or agentic tools. The role offers a salary of $165,000-$190,000 plus equity and benefits.
