Description
Procare Solutions is hiring a Director of Product Operations to own the infrastructure connecting product investment to business outcomes across its Online, Desktop, SCW, and ChildPlus platforms. The role will establish release calendars, launch readiness processes, cross-functional coordination systems, outcome scorecards, and reporting frameworks; partner with product, finance, engineering, marketing, customer success, and sales; and support AI-driven workflows. The position reports to the Chief Product Officer, requires at least seven years of relevant experience, and is based in Denver or Atlanta with a hybrid in-office model requiring at least three days per week in the office.
