Director, Product Strategy and Operations - Mexico at JumpCloud

JumpCloud is hiring a remote Director of Product Operations in Mexico to lead product strategy, portfolio planning, prioritization, reporting, Pendo adoption, customer advisory, pricing and packaging, and product performance. The role is hands-on and director-level, reporting to the SVP of Product, and requires strong judgment, SaaS and product operations experience, executive communication, AI workflow automation, and fluent English.
