Advarra is hiring a Director, Training to lead the company’s technology-solutions training strategy and supervise a global team of training specialists and eLearning developers. The role oversees customer and internal training planning, delivery, evaluation, curriculum development, budgets, timelines, training resources, and customer feedback, while collaborating with product, project management, documentation, and marketing teams. The position is open to candidates working remotely in the United States and requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least seven years of instructor-led training experience, software training and troubleshooting experience, and preferred qualifications including e-learning, curriculum development, presentation, communication, and Microsoft Office skills.
