LogicMonitor is hiring a Director, Professional Services based in or near Austin, Texas to lead and scale a high-performing professional services organization delivering implementations and training for its hybrid observability platform. The role combines people leadership, operational excellence, customer delivery, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales. It requires deep observability and IT operations knowledge, strong technical expertise in protocols, scripting, server administration, and cloud platforms, plus significant management experience. The position is hybrid, offers a base salary of $163,170 to $240,000 USD, includes comprehensive benefits, and does not offer new employment-based visa sponsorship.
