CDW is hiring a Director of Professional Services to lead its Security Cyber and Physical Professional Services teams. The role is responsible for financial performance, team utilization, revenue targets, coworker retention, customer satisfaction, service delivery excellence, strategic customer and partner relationships, pricing and contract oversight, capacity and budget planning, staffing, training, and the development of new service offerings. The position also supports AI-fluent organizational practices and collaborates with sales, presales, solutions, operations, legal, contracting, and other business units.
