Description
The Director, Program & Project Management will lead STACK EMEA’s strategic project and programme portfolio, manage delivery of complex initiatives, coach a small project management team, oversee portfolio risks and priorities, intervene on off-track projects, and support PMO governance and delivery maturity. The role also provides day-to-day leadership for the wider PMO function while the EMEA VP, PMO is on extended leave later in 2026. Candidates need significant experience leading complex projects, programmes or portfolios, developing project management professionals, and applying traditional, Agile and hybrid delivery approaches, along with strong stakeholder management and commercial judgement.
