Description

BLOX is hiring a Director, Program to lead an entire platform category of modular building solutions, such as data centers, healthcare, or retail. The role owns the full P&L, capital and capacity planning, new program launches, long-term client strategy, governance, organizational structure, talent development, risk, data and KPI frameworks, safety and quality, and executive representation. It requires a bachelor’s degree, at least 12 years of relevant experience, extensive program P&L and capital-planning experience, advanced scheduling and Excel proficiency, and the ability to travel up to 35%. Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Data Analytics, or a related field
Required Previous Experiences: 12+ years of relevant experience, including accountability for multiple programs totaling more than $150M in actively managed contract revenue annually
Ownership of full P&L across multiple programs and presentation of results to Board and C-suite audiences
Capital and capacity planning experience involving manufacturing slots, hiring, and investment decisions
Experience establishing new programs or building-type categories, including team formation and first-of-a-kind execution
Long-term client strategy involving multi-year relationships and contract positioning
Experience building, restructuring, and developing multi-layer organizations and leadership
Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in a relevant field
Relevant professional certification
Established public presence in the DMC or industrialized construction industry
Ability to set analytical and data requirements and evaluate analysis quality
Ability to set cost modeling and financial analysis standards
Ability to interpret CAD, Revit, or SolidWorks models
Working understanding of Python, SQL, and data modeling tools
Working knowledge of AI/ML, statistical modeling, and data engineering
Experience championing AI tool adoption and establishing organization-wide standards
Ability to establish KPI frameworks and dashboard standards
Experience directing ERP reporting and data strategy
Senior-level leadership experience in estimating, cost analysis, or data analytics
Experience in modular, industrialized, or design-build environments
