Alnylam is hiring a Director, Program Delivery to lead and optimize day-to-day operations for the US Patient Services team, supporting patient access, affordability, and service delivery across internal teams, vendors, and cross-functional partners. The role focuses on launch analytics, reporting, CRM data capture, dashboard development, financial services programs, competitive surveillance, and designing programs to resolve complex patient and provider issues in a compliant manner.
