2K Publishing is hiring a Director of Program Delivery to build, lead, and scale the technical program management practice supporting its growing studio portfolio. The role owns the strategic operating model, executive reporting, resourcing, governance, risk resolution, stakeholder alignment, and delivery of shared services and platform roadmaps. It requires 10+ years of technical program management, technical production, or engineering leadership experience, including team leadership and program management function scaling; video game development knowledge is preferred, while Jira, Confluence, and Google Suite experience are also listed.
