Blue Engine is hiring a Director, Program Implementation – Tennessee to lead high-quality RTI²-A+B technical assistance across one Tennessee Grand Division. The role partners with LEAs, schools, educators, and leaders; diagnoses implementation needs; develops support plans; facilitates professional learning and coaching; manages contractors; and coordinates implementation quality. It also contributes product feedback and statewide learning. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of K–12 teaching experience, and at least two years of instructional coaching, school leadership, or related implementation leadership experience. Compensation is $87,393.54–$97,103.93, with employer-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
