Blue Engine is hiring a Director, Program Implementation – Tennessee to lead high-quality RTI²-A+B technical assistance and implementation support across one assigned Tennessee Grand Division. The role partners with local education agencies, schools, educators, and leaders; diagnoses implementation needs; develops support plans; facilitates professional learning and coaching; manages contractors; and coordinates statewide implementation quality. It requires a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of K–12 teaching experience, and at least two years of instructional coaching, school leadership, or related implementation leadership experience. The position offers rolling applications with a target start by November 2026 and a starting salary of $87,393.54–$97,103.93, plus medical, dental, vision, paid time off, retirement matching, and other benefits.
