The role manages client programs, product and service implementation, production schedules, cross-functional coordination, customer satisfaction, contract negotiations, business development, proposals, and workforce recruitment. It requires a bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or sciences, advanced director-level program management or business development experience, fluent English, P&L management, quotation experience, and electronics manufacturing experience; an MBA is preferred.
