Director, Program Management at Applied Composites (AC)

Applied Composites is seeking a Director, Program Management to lead the Program Management function across an assigned business or group of businesses. The role oversees program portfolios from award through production, delivery, and closeout, managing schedule, cost, labor performance, gross margin, customer satisfaction, contractual performance, risks, and recovery actions. It also establishes program governance and KPIs, partners with cross-functional teams, serves as a senior customer and executive interface, and leads, develops, and manages the Program Management organization. The position requires a post-secondary degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent education and experience, plus 10–15+ years of relevant experience, including significant leadership of complex aerospace, defense, space, composites, or advanced manufacturing programs.
