Coherent is hiring a Director of Program Management within its Optical Components Business Group to lead complex, cross-functional and cross-business-unit programs. The role establishes program governance, aligns multi-year initiatives with strategic objectives, manages risks and dependencies, monitors performance, supports change management, and promotes program management maturity. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 12–15+ years of relevant experience, and 7+ years of managerial or diversified leadership experience; an MBA or equivalent and program management certification are preferred.
