Immunome is hiring a Director, Program Management to lead cross-functional planning and execution across two oncology assets: an ADC program transitioning from early to late-stage development and an early-stage radiopharmaceutical asset. The role owns integrated development plans, critical paths, stage-gate readiness, CMC project management, budgets, risks, stakeholder reporting, and program governance, while contributing to the company’s program management operating model. It requires a technical or scientific bachelor’s degree, formal project management training or certification, and 8 to 10 years of biotechnology or pharmaceutical project and program management experience, with a Washington State pay range of $214,962 to $242,116 USD.
